Very little is known about our persimmon dyed cotton fabric swatch. 

What makes this so special:

It is a fabric scrap from a highly collectible Japanese vintage textile. Sakabukuro is an industrial sack that was used in the sake industry to carry liquid/sake. The fabric is dyed with kakishibu / persimmon dye. The fabric is a thick, very tightly woven cotton.
